If you serve in communications or creative ministry, you've likely told your boss that you are constantly busy or overwhelmed. And your boss probably asked you why.

Sounds simple enough.

The problem, however, is that when we are in the midst of a very busy season, it's hard for us to pinpoint the specific reasons why we feel overwhelmed. We can point to a project or assignment, but those are rarely enough to explain how we feel.
